My Touch
It started out of need...
Vote Plan Go was an idea I had for several years. I loved meeting up with my friends to grab drinks, watch a movie or catch a game where my favorite team dominated the away team. It brought excitement and lots of fun. However, the planning was always difficult. Finding out when friends were free, or even doing the basics as collecting money; it was always a struggle. I wanted to change all that and thus Vote Plan Go was born.
As the lead on the project, I am responsible for communicating with the team and external sources to plan out the details of the project. We want an all inclusive event planning app that takes away stress. To accomplish this, we talk a lot with our friends and family. As this is a startup, each team member wears many hats. Aside from planning, I am responsible for the user interface, the user experience and the front-end aspects of the project. Furthermore, I am to communicate the functions of each feature to the developers. To get funding, I am also working on writing the needed pitch decks and meeting with investors. There’s just a gist of what I do for this project.
